«Shakespeare Day»

On the initiative of GoGlobal in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, and the British Council in Ukraine, Scandinavian Gymnasium took part in the nationwide project "English Week" which is devoted to the official completion of the Year of the English Language in Ukraine. The project is aimed at popularizing the English language learning. In the framework of the project, December the 14th, 2016 was proclaimed the Day of the English Language, «Shakespeare Day». On that day, open lessons, conversational clubs, theater performances, and a radio newspaper dedicated to the memory William Shakespeare, the famous poet and playwright of the United Kingdom, took place at Scandinavian Gymnasium.
